  • Designed for clients who have completed most of the planning and need expert oversight in the final months. We step in to confirm vendors, finalize timelines, and manage your event day seamlessly. Available 6-3 months in advance.

  • Ideal for clients who have begun planning but need professional guidance to bring everything together. Partial planning offers tailored support based on your needs, ensuring no detail is overlooked as your event day approaches. Available 12-6 months in advance.

  • Our most comprehensive offering, full-service planning and design includes everything from initial concept development to execution. We manage vendor sourcing, budgets, timelines, logistics, and communication, design and styling — allowing you to enjoy your engagement or milestone while we handle the details. Available 18-12 months in advance.

  • If you find that the level of planning service you desire falls outside of the provided timeframe or you are planning a destination event. Contact us directly for a custom quote.

  • Our design services focus on the overall look and feel of your wedding or event. We create a cohesive visual experience by thoughtfully selecting and designing every aesthetic detail, including:

    • Color palette & overall design concept

    • Stationery & paper goods (invitations, menus, signage, etc.)

    • Attire guidance and styling

    • Floral design direction

    • Tabletop décor (place settings, chargers, flatware, glassware)

    • Chairs, linens, and rental selections

    • Ceremony and reception layout design

    • Lighting and ambiance details

    • Custom design elements and installations

    • Vendor collaboration to execute the design description
